Here’s why: They absolutely know the building science behind how today’s all-electric heat pump systems work with regard to comfort and electricity usage. We renovated our home to be LEED Platinum – certified and the architect’s design overlooked supplemental dehumidification; Compass came in after the fact and installed a dedicated dehumidifier for our system that immediately dropped the humidity levels in the house.
